Inviting applications for the role of [Process Developer], [ Japanese Bilingual]!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, receiving complaints, and providing information. Their role focuses on delivering high-quality, empathetic support to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities- Handle email, back office, inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, and services.
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal for both English and Japanese
- Comprehension on customer inquiry is a must
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to claims processing, coverage, and pre-authorization.
- Provide information about plan details, billing, and policy updates.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Follow established workflows for escalating complex cases to team facilitators or their supervisors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client’s products and services
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare insurance systems and terminology.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Amendable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
- Willing to work in 100% onsite work setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
