Purchasing Supervisor

The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process. This includes managing purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms.

Review purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.

Collaborate with other departments to align purchasing needs with business goals.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
