Job Description:
Embark on an exciting creative journey as a Video Editor, where you'll have the opportunity to bring stories to life through visual editing. This entry-level position is perfect for passionate individuals looking to make their mark in the dynamic world of video production.Collaborate with a talented team to produce engaging content that captivates audiences across multiple platforms. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while honing your creative skills.
- Edit and produce up to 4 high-quality social media video reels per day, utilizing existing footage, B-roll, and promotional edits.
- Apply advanced CapCut skills including, but not limited to: keyframe animation, chroma key (green screen), speed ramping, advanced color correction/LUT application, sound design, and smooth transition effects.
- Create property-focused videos that highlight key selling points: interior design, architectural features, neighborhood ambiance, and lifestyle appeal.
- Adapt content for various social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) with proper aspect ratios, captions, hashtags, and trending audio.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align video content with campaign goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain organized digital assets, version control, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualification and requirements:
- Experience with additional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating text overlays and thumbnails.
- Understanding of real estate marketing principles and target buyer personas.
- Familiarity with video analytics and performance metrics on social platforms.
- Ability to suggest creative concepts, video styles, and new approaches to property promotion.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in CapCut with a portfolio demonstrating complex editing techniques.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on property, real estate, architectural, or interior design content.
- Strong understanding of social media video trends, pacing, and storytelling tailored for short-form content.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for composition, lighting, and color grading.
- Must be office-based
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
