Inventory Control Supervisor

Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- At least 3 years working experience in inventory management, warehouse and distribution and/or logistics operations in a supervisory role
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System, SAP or other ERPs
- Designs the appropriate standard operating procedure for activities and process improvement related to inventory control. Recommends ideas to management for the necessary interventions, policies, and procedures that will make the delivery of the function’s objectives effective and efficient.
- Oversees the duties and responsibilities of Inventory Officers and Inventory Analyst to include but not limited to GR processing, SMF Posting, RTV Posting, Inventory Adjustment, etc. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Prepares the plan for quarterly inventory count activities, manpower, and resources, and directly supervises the overall count activities.
- Handles accurate reconciliation and resolution of inventory variances. Identifies causal drivers and recommends appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Reviews the inventory quarantine and on-hold status. Ensures proper tagging and segregation of stocks.
- Implements appropriate controls and measures to ensure compliance with the shelf-life matrix, product expiration requirements, and quality policy.
- Weekly sending of near expiry reports to buyers for disposition and move out plans.
- Conducts system audits to ensure complete alignment of all system records with actual stocks on hand.
- Ensures that inventory master file that include relevant logistics information are handed over to the IT Team for Updating.
