Telecom Billing Specialist (CSR) Davao
About the role
We are seeking a talented Telecom Billing Specialist (CSR) to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling billing inquiries and transactions for our telecommunications clients.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
- Providing guidance and support to customers on the various billing plans and services offered
- Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and billing processes
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot billing-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in data entry and basic mathematical skills to handle billing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services, as well as relevant billing and payment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
