About the role

As a Sales Manager - DIY Store Channels at SEA Olympus Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and achieve ambitious targets within the DIY store channel. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the DIY store channel
  2. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  3. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  4. Negotiate and secure favourable trade agreements with DIY store partners
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support integrated sales initiatives
  6. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
  7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the DIY or retail industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed their targets
  3. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with key retail partners
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
  5. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
