As a Digital Designer, you'll combine creativity with technical skill to design user interfaces, digital collateral, and interactive learning modules. You'll collaborate with global teams to create innovative prototypes and ensure exceptional user experiences across platforms.

- 2+ years proven work experience as a digital or graphic designer
- Bachelor of Visual Communications or Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio with an emphasis on digital and web design
- Strong knowledge of Webflow, or other no-code web design tools (Shopify or Wordpress)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere
- Strong knowledge of Figma (preferred prototyping tool)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to rationalize and articulate design decisions
- Detail-oriented and critical thinker
- Customer-centric problem solver
- Knowledge of and interest in modern design trends
- Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 and modern frameworks (React, Vue)
- Knowledge of usability factors and design thinking methodology
- Skills in Articulate360 and Webflow
- Animation skills
- Strong UX grounding
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for web design
- Fluent in Slack, Teams, or other team communication tools
- Personal commitment to information management system policy and procedures
- Contribute to Management Review processes
- Report security incidents and incidents of illness/injury
- Request corrective actions to prevent recurrences of incidents
- Gather and evaluate design requirements with team members
- Illustrate design ideas using sketches, prototypes, storyboards, user journeys, and sitemaps
- Design user interfaces and interactions for digital learning modules
- Create digital collateral for websites, social media, and campaigns
- Plan and implement new designs with Figma and Webflow
- Produce low-to-high fidelity prototypes and production-quality assets
- Test new design ideas and troubleshoot UX problems
- Combine creativity with a strong awareness of design elements
