• Access and update customer account information accurately in company databases.
• Recommend additional products and services that may benefit customers.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.

• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
• High School graduates and undergraduate applicants are welcome to apply.
