Warehouse officer/admin

Job Summary

The Warehouse Officer/Admin ensures the seamless flow of goods by managing inventory accuracy, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the encoding and documentation process. This role bridges the gap between procurement and physical warehouse operations.

• Workflow Management: Oversee the material offset process and ensure all items are encoded accurately following approved workflows.
• Coordination & Approval: Work closely with the Branch Manager (BM) and Warehouse Manager to secure approvals for inventory movements and documentation.
• Supplier Relations: Coordinate with truck suppliers and logistics partners regarding delivery schedules and fuel rate monitoring.
• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain warehouse databases and inventory trackers using Excel and Notion.

• Experience: Background in logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is an advantage) and experience with inventory management software.
• Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset for rate negotiations, and excellent organizational skills.
• They must live near or around Guiguinto, Bulacan.
