Project In Charge

Work Location: Project Site – Tagaytay City (subject to reassignment based on project requirements)

Job Summary

The Project-in-Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. The PIC coordinates with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure project implementation is in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Address project issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling project expenses.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with management regarding project status.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables

• Assigned project site is located in Tagaytay City.
• Must be willing to transfer or be reassigned to different project sites nationwide depending on company project requirements.
• Must be willing to stay and reside at the project site as required by the project.
• Must be willing to remain assigned at the site until the completion of the project.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary to meet project deadlines.
