Job Description

We are seeking a PeopleSoft/HCM Integration Tester with strong expertise in software testing, system integration, and HCM platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our enterprise systems through effective test design, execution, and defect management.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

1. End-to-end software testing experience:

• Test scenario creation
• Test case creation
• Test execution
• Defect management

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
• Hands-on experience in System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Ability to write and run basic SQL queries
• Experience testing Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft Payroll systems
• Familiarity with JIRA for test management

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement/design discussions to provide QA input
• Execute complex testing tasks for enterprise programs or projects
• Solve difficult testing challenges through innovation and best practices
• Assess the testability of features early in the development process
• Analyze defects and test patterns to identify coverage gaps
• Ensure end-to-end system quality through thorough and systematic testing

• Develop and maintain documentation of test risks and mitigation plans
• Create and continuously improve QA processes and procedures
