Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Fully equipped home office setup: stable internet connection, reliable computer, headset
• Willing to work night shift hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time

What You’ll Do:

• Provide phone-based support to patients: assist with appointment scheduling, medication refills, lab result inquiries, and more
• Handle approximately 80 calls per shift with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth patient experience
