Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor serves as the acting officer-in-charge in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track & Facility Operations

• Supervise the daily running of the karting track and other activity zones.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe and working condition.
• Coordinate with technicians and staff for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.

1. Team Supervision

• Assist in leading, coaching, and scheduling frontliners, marshals, and other operational staff.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professionalism of the team.
• Motivate staff and uphold a culture of service excellence.

1. Customer Service

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Supervise guest flow and ensure a smooth customer experience from registration to post-activity.
• Handle VIP or corporate bookings in coordination with the Manager.

1. Sales & Reporting

• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure accurate cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Prepare basic daily reports, inventory checks, and incident reports for submission to the Manager.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

1. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce track rules and safety regulations at all times.
• Respond to emergencies or accidents and ensure proper incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with mall policies and other regulatory requirements.
