Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the IT implementation of a bank’s Trust, Fund, and Wealth Management platform (Ideal Wealth) for Private Banking. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate client requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.The Business Analyst will drive solutioning activities, prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and create wireframes or prototypes to visualize new features and process improvements. This role requires strong collaboration with internal developers and QA teams to clearly communicate requirements, support testing cycles, and ensure that delivered solutions meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in an IT implementation.
- Trust and Fund Management background is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Willing to work on a full on-site setup in Makati.
- Can work in a start up environment.
- Translate client needs into functional/technical specifications
- Coordinate and explain to internal developers and testers
- Ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Drive Solutions & Prepare SDD (Solution Design Documents)
- Create wireframes/prototypes for new features/processes
- Strong documentation (SDD, workflows)
- Solution & functional designing of required solutions
- Business process knowledge
- SQL & Reporting
