Business Development Manager

Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach, drive sales, and create long-term value for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with restaurant groups, hotels, commissaries, and cloud kitchens
• Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing
• Build and manage relationships with chefs, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers in the food industry
• Collaborate with our in-house design, project, and fabrication teams to create tailored kitchen solutions
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of our marketing and inbound teams
• Represent Manila Kitchens in industry events, client meetings, and key account presentations

Who You Are:

• You have experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in F&B, construction, equipment, or design
• You’re confident presenting to executives, chefs, and business owners
• You have strong business instincts and can turn problems into opportunities
• You’re self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build something meaningful
• Bonus points if you have a network in the food service or hospitality space
