Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in computer systems, hardware, and software (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and scanners).
- With 2–3 years of experience in network infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support, including computer setup, password resets, and troubleshooting
- Assist in creating user accounts, email access, and basic profile configurations
- Install and set up hardware and software such as computers, printers, and scanners under supervision
- Respond to IT-related concerns and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
- Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including checking printers, cables, and internet connectivity
- Promote basic IT security practices (e.g., password management and workstation locking)
- Assist in basic network setup, including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network connectivity and report downtime or performance issues
- Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connections
- Check network cables, ports, and physical connections for proper functionality
- Maintain records of IT assets, network devices, and basic documentation
- Assist senior IT staff during network maintenance, upgrades, and system changes
- Support implementation of basic network security measures
- Perform other IT-related and administrative tasks as assigned by the IT supervisor or team lead.
