Customer Service Representative(Hotel Reservation Account) - IT Park site

The role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our IT Park site in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel reservation clients.

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding hotel reservations with professionalism and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist customers with booking and modifying hotel reservations
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and verbal
