Job Title: Finance Operations Associate (Night Shift | Ortigas | Paid OT & Holiday Work)
Job Location: 12th Floor, Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Topaz Road, Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Amenable to render paid overtime and holiday work.
About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Associate to join our North America Manual Interest Pilot team. This role plays a key part in reviewing contracts, calculating interest charges, and generating critical reports that support our global finance operations.
You will also work closely with stakeholders and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts to determine eligibility for charging interest
- Select and evaluate 100–150 customer accounts per quarter
- Track interest charge status and issue internal/external notifications
- Calculate and log interest fees in the system
- Generate and maintain 3-month statistical documents
- Cancel or update statistical documents and maintain interest fee notes
- Perform accounting treatment for paid interest
- Analyze potential benefits of interest surcharge in other global regions
- Report and present data to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in internal/external calls related to the project
Deliverables/Milestones:
- Accurate analysis of customer contracts for interest applicability
- Timely execution of interest-related processes
- Attendance and facilitation of stakeholder and customer calls
- Completion of reports and tasks within the agreed timeline
- Adherence to night shift schedule (8PM–5AM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in financial operations or contract analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Amenable to work night shift, overtime, and holidays (with pay)
