QA Laboratory Aide

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Laboratory Aide to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will assist in laboratory testing, sample preparation, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization to ensure compliance with company quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Assist in the preparation of samples, reagents, and laboratory materials for testing.
• Collect and label samples from production and warehouse areas.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures and tests as instructed by the QA Analyst or Supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize laboratory equipment, glassware, and work areas.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals.
• Record laboratory results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Dispose of laboratory waste in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, laboratory safety procedures, and company quality standards.
• Report any abnormalities, equipment issues, or non-conforming materials to the QA Supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or other related courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety procedures is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required.
