What you'll be doing- Providing a warm and welcoming front-of-house experience for all hotel guests
- Effectively promoting the hotel's facilities, services and packages to prospective and current guests
- Handling all guest inquiries, bookings and reservations in a professional and efficient manner
- Identifying and capitalising on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales activities
- Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and quality standards
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for sales
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
- Proficiency in English and the local language
