Qualification- Singapore Exterience is an ADVANTAGE
- Architect or Interior Designer
- 3-5 Years Experience
- Proficient in Autocad or Revit
- able to Produce a very good 3D Rendering (Interior & Exterior)
- Exterior Facade Designing and 3d rendering
- Architectural Space Planning
- Interior Design ( 3d rendering)
- Construction Drawing.
- Preparation of full Architectural Plan (Floor Plan, Elevations and Sections)
- Preparation of Construction drawings( Electrical,AC Layout, Tiles Sched , Doors and Windows Sched & Plumbing )
- Preparation of 3D drawings for Client's Approval
- Able to work from home via telecommunication, zoom meeting
