Creative Marketing Manager
We are seeking a high-potential, creative marketing leader who combines visual excellence with data-driven marketing strategy. You will take full ownership of our brand's creative output—including digital campaigns, website content, product visuals, print materials, and video—and work closely with the eCommerce, sales, and development teams to drive engagement and conversions.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and results-oriented, with a passion for new technologies and AI tools. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact traffic, conversion, and brand visibility across multiple platforms and formats.

- Base Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱100,000 gross/month (inclusive of performance-based bonuses tied to campaign success, CTR improvements, and conversion rate growth).
- Fixed Internet Allowance: ₱1,500/month.

- Required:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, creative leadership, or ecommerce content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI marketing tools.
- Experience with SEO, website content optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Cebu City office.
- Preferred:
- Background in industrial or technical product marketing.
- Experience creating technical documentation (manuals, installation guides).
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns- Develop and launch campaigns for eCommerce and B2B (Sonixtek) audiences
- Propose bundles, promotions, and seasonal initiatives based on competitor research and data
- Track and optimize campaign performance (CTR, conversion rate, ROI)
- Plan and lead the creation of all banners, visuals, ads, and creative assets
- Oversee production of video content (product videos, reels, explainers)
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms
- Own content and visual quality across all company websites
- Improve site structure, SEO, and UX in collaboration with the web developer
- Ensure consistent updates, keyword optimization, and performance tracking
- Design and maintain catalogs, manuals, installation guides, and flyers
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and branding across all print materials
- Support the sales and operations teams with up-to-date documentation
- Analyze visual performance data and implement improvements
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine messaging and design
- Proactively suggest innovations and content experiments based on results
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe AI) to streamline content creation
- Stay ahead of new technologies and apply them to improve efficiency and output quality
