Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, emails, and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate parties if needed
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, printing, and data entry
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed
  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately
  • Ensure proper filing of medical and administrative documents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Underboard graduates of BS Nursing are encouraged to apply
  • Experience as Medical Secretary, Executive Secretary, Admin Assistant is preferred.
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word)
  • Good communication skills
