1. Architectural Strategy & Design

• Vision to Execution: Design and lead the implementation of solutions architecture across specific business applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise business strategy and requirements.
• Standards & Patterns: Define principles, guidelines, and solution patterns to ensure all technical decisions align with the organization's future-state vision.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage the roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio, transitioning from current state to the defined future state.

1. Leadership & Governance

• Cross-Project Oversight: Manage architecture for a broad scope of projects, coordinating with Application Architects who handle individual initiatives to ensure consistency.
• Compliance & Assurance: Design and direct governance activities to ensure all solutions comply with architectural standards and security protocols.
• Project Consulting: Provide hands-on consulting support to project teams, ensuring specific implementations fit within the broader enterprise architecture.

1. Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Tech Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding emerging technologies and their practical application to evolve business and operating models.
• Environment Optimization: Analyze the "Run, Grow, and Transform" aspects of the IT environment to detect deficiencies and recommend improvements for systems of record and innovation.
• Competitive Insight: Monitor the technology industry and market trends to determine potential impacts or opportunities for the enterprise.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Impact

• Organizational Impact: Identify and communicate how architectural changes will affect organizational skills, processes, structures, and culture, as well as the financial bottom line.
• Vendor & Product Selection: Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software products, services, and standard configurations.
• PMO Alignment: Partner closely with the Program/Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project execution consistently delivers on architectural promises.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business-IT environments and translate them into actionable technical designs.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to document design/analysis work and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Depth: Deep understanding of software configurations, infrastructure, and application development lifecycles.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Enterprise Java/.NET, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, database technologies, API management, and DevOps tools.
• Strategic Influence: Proven track record of advocating for IT strategy and influencing multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Solutions Architect.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
