Quantity Surveyor - Estimator

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Makati. The role focuses on estimation / quantity surveying for construction projects, including both finishing and structural works. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare finishing and structural estimates
• Analyze project requirements and compute materials
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with team members for project requirements and clarifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of Japanese language is an advantage but not required
• Willing to learn Japanese language
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and IT skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Must be willing to work in or relocate to Makati City

This is a face-to-face interview. Our office is located in Makati; therefore, applicants must be currently residing in or willing to travel to Manila/Makati for the interview process.
