Travel Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively process and respond promptly to all travel requests, ensuring that our client requirements are met. This includes sourcing and booking land, sea and air travel arrangements throughout the world
• Work efficiently and accurately, submitting appropriate guidance and documentation to clients within the prescribed time frames
• Use commercial acumen to apply specialist fare and systems knowledge in order to source the most cost-effective fares
• Process all visa requirements, where applicable
• Coordinate and effectively utilize preferred suppliers for provision of services
• Proactively monitor industry related issues and advise clients accordingly

Skills and experience required:

• With knowledge and experience in GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Preferably with Marine, Oil and Gas, Corporate Travel background
• Highly personable and excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and PH holidays
• Very good work ethics
• Forward thinker
• Passionate about client services
