Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of plant equipment, automation systems, process controls, communication systems, and electrical distribution facilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs aimed at minimizing equipment failures and operational downtime.
- Manage the planning, installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of electrical and instrumentation systems while ensuring compliance with the latest Philippine Electrical Code and applicable local regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance improvement projects and provide technical support for plant operations.
- Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation works are carried out according to established safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- At least 3–4 years of relevant supervisory experience in electrical engineering and maintenance operations.
- Preferably experienced and trained in:
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- Process Control and Instrumentation Systems
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and their application in industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, and plant operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Skilled in handling and working with individuals from various backgrounds and levels within the organization.
- Knowledgeable in cost estimation and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
- Proficient in computer applications and maintenance documentation.
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S workplace organization principles.
- Possesses effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong numerical and technical aptitude.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
