Management Information Systems Officer

- Maintain and monitor company databases, software systems, and MIS infrastructure.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Analyze business data and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT vendors or support teams.
- Develop and automate reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Support ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise systems.
- Manage user access, backups, and system documentation.
- Train staff on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
- Coordinate with departments to gather reporting requirements and improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on data management and information security.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- SQL/databases
- Reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- ERP/CRM systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
