Accounting Supervisor – ERP & Process Improvement
The Accounting Supervisor – ERP & Process Improvement supports daily accounting operations while assisting with finance transformation initiatives, accounting system enhancements, and process standardization efforts. The role requires strong accounting operations experience combined with exposure to ERP implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
This position will play a key role in strengthening accounting processes, supporting system migration activities, improving reporting accuracy, and helping drive operational efficiency across finance functions. The successful candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting operations and demonstrate the ability to adapt to evolving systems and business processes.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is an advantage but not required.
- At least 4–6 years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
- Strong background in accounting operations and month-end processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems or accounting system implementations.
- Exposure to process improvement or finance transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Experience in shared services or multi-entity environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Good understanding of finance process flows and controls.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Onsite; Monday to Friday (compressed work schedule).
