About the role

1. Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely storage
2. Retrieve, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch, adhering to quality and safety standards
3. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies
4. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store goods
5. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all warehouse activities

1. Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy loads
4. Proficient in using material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
6. A keen interest in logistics and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
