As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide outstanding service and support to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Represent global brands in streaming, healthcare, or financial accounts
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• High school graduate / Senior High School graduate / College undergraduate or graduate welcome to apply
• With or without BPO experience (we provide full training!)
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
