About the role
Ambient Temp Innovation Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and streamlining our construction operations, ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of our projects.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to meet business objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and field personnel, to coordinate and optimise construction activities
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing corrective measures to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability across all construction sites
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill the construction team and promote continuous professional development
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Handle clients' project-related inquiries and provide efficient solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the construction industry
- Demonstrated expertise in construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Proficient in using construction management software and data analysis tools to optimise operations
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
