Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the marketing and branding efforts of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality print and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and creative direction.This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of production processes, and the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Design a wide range of print collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, display stands, and more.
- Create digital marketing assets including UI/UX layouts, web banners (various sizes), and digital screen designs.
- Interpret creative briefs and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
- Prepare and export files for digital and print production (PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG).
- Execute packaging of final files, including links, fonts, and working files upon request.
- Create and develop cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, font systems, and brand guidelines.
- Work with existing design files and create new files from scratch as needed.
- Understand and apply Australian standard sizing formats (DL, A5, A4, A0, etc.).
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of RGB vs CMYK usage and applications.
- Collaborate on campaign themes and visual storytelling.
- Provide clear design rationale and address feedback or revision notes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint
- Familiar with Google Drive (file organization and uploads)
- Familiar with Monday.com or other job/task boards
- Illustration
