A Site Officer deployed by a manpower agency to a satellite office acts as the primary on-site liaison between the agency, the client company, and the deployed personnel. They ensure smooth daily operations, maintain employee discipline, and manage client relations directly at the deployment site.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Supervision: Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance of deployed staff.
Client Liaison: Address immediate client complaints, requests, and operational feedback professionally.
Onboarding & Deployment: Facilitate on-site orientation, tool distribution, and workspace assignment for new hires.
Performance Management: Conduct regular evaluations and address sub-standard performance on the floor.
Disciplinary Action: Issue memos, conduct administrative investigations, and implement corrective actions for policy violations.
Timekeeping & Payroll: Verify daily time records (DTR) and resolve payroll discrepancies for the headcount.
Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for deployed employees' issues and concerns.
Reporting: Submit weekly headcount, attrition, and incident reports to the manpower agency main office.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least2 years in collage
knowledgeable in using of MICROSOFT OFFICE and Google drive
With own service vehicle (motorcyle)
with background in manpower services.
