Is currently looking for:

FINANCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Preferably female applicant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QNE, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Adept in spreadsheets applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) using quickbooks
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare tax filings and manage compliance with tax regulations
• Reconcile all project-related expenses upon project completion by reviewing and verifying accuracy of all recorded cost. Investigate & resolve discrepancies, before closing the project accounts.
• To be assign at Labangon Cebu City and can start immediately
