Job Highlights- On-site role in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
- Shifting schedule: Day, Mid, and Night shifts
- U.S.-based logistics operation (Expediri Transport)
- Fast-paced and highly supportive work culture
- Answer calls/emails and provide timely shipment support
- Coordinate with U.S. teams on freight status, delays, and billing
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-through
- Stay available and responsive when small tasks arise, even off-shift (if manageable from home)
- Truly flexible and adaptable — can handle shifting schedules and occasional quick requests even during off-hours
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
- Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
- Must be based in or near San Ildefonso, Bulacan
