- Solid experience in trading and distribution, preferably coming from an FMCG company
- Good track record in sales management, sales distribution, and handling the route sales team
- Capable of managing regional distributors, route salesmen, and wholesalers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- MBA graduate is an advantage
