About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency within our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, improving internal systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in workflows, create SOPs, and introduce automation tools to improve agency operations.
- Team Management: Supervise and support various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Project & Resource Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with account managers, clients, and leadership to ensure expectations are met.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, optimize expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Technology & Tools Management: Implement and maintain the right tools for project management, communication, and reporting.
- Recruitment & Training Support: Assist HR in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members to strengthen agency capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in an agency environment (marketing, creative, digital, or recruitment agencies preferred).
- Strong knowledge of workflow management, process automation, and agency operations.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com).
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing, creative, or digital agency is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analytics, automation tools, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and talent management.
