Hotel Reservation Specialist l BPO

Arbitrail is expanding! We are looking for Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

As a Hotel Reservation Specialist, you will performing the following tasks on a daily:

• Manage and confirm hotel bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure every guest receives professional and personalized customer services.
• Promptly resolve booking issue to ensure guest and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Graduate of any course; college undergraduates with relevant work experience in BPO/Call center industry.
• Must be willing to work onsite and on night shift (including graveyard shift and weekends).
• A professional with patience and exceptional communication skills.
• With at least 3-6 months call center experience
• Proven experience in hotel reservations, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality.
