Arbitrail is expanding! We are looking for Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Reservation Specialist, you will performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Manage and confirm hotel bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure every guest receives professional and personalized customer services.
- Promptly resolve booking issue to ensure guest and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Graduate of any course; college undergraduates with relevant work experience in BPO/Call center industry.
- Must be willing to work onsite and on night shift (including graveyard shift and weekends).
- A professional with patience and exceptional communication skills.
- With at least 3-6 months call center experience
- Proven experience in hotel reservations, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality.
