What is the role?
As a Junior Graphic Designer – Travel Visual Assets, you will be part of the Marketing & Design team and report directly to the Marketing Director
This role is focused heavily on selecting, editing, resizing, and optimizing travel-related visual assets across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for hand-picking high-quality travel images and creation of videos that best represent destinations, hotels, experiences, and traveller emotions across our website, social media channels, campaigns, and booking engine.
The role is more focused on having a strong visual eye for selecting the right imagery and adapting it beautifully for multiple digital formats and platforms.________________________________________

You have a strong eye for aesthetics, travel visuals, and storytelling through imagery and videos. You naturally understand what makes a destination, hotel, or travel experience look attractive and aspirational online.
You enjoy working with selecting and editing visuals, organizing image libraries, resizing assets, and ensuring visuals look clean, premium, and optimized across all platforms.
You are detail-oriented, fast, organized, and passionate about visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities- Selecting and curating high-quality travel, hotel, destination, excursion, and lifestyle imagery for website pages, deal pages, campaigns, social media, newsletters, and digital advertisements.
- Editing, enhancing, cropping, resizing, and optimizing images for multiple formats including website thumbnails, banners, mobile views, social media posts, landing pages, and promotional creatives.
- Hand-selecting the best hotel and destination images that accurately represent the travel experience and match the Holiday Factory brands style.
- Creating visually appealing image layouts for package pages, destination pages, hotel listings, tours, and promotional sections.
- Ensuring all image assets are optimized for quality, speed, clarity, and consistency across desktop and mobile devices.
- Supporting the marketing and product teams with daily visual asset requirements and campaign updates.
- Organizing and maintaining the company’s visual asset library and ensuring proper categorization and storage of image files.
- Retouching and improving image quality where required to create cleaner, brighter, and more visually attractive travel visuals.
- Assisting in resizing and adapting creatives for various digital channels including Meta ads, Google display banners, website sections, WhatsApp campaigns, and email marketing.
- Ensuring all visuals align with Holiday Factory’s branding, tone, and visual identity standards.
Who we need?
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Photo Editing, Content Visuals, or related creative roles.
- Strong eye for selecting visually attractive travel and lifestyle imagery.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, or similar editing tools.
- Good understanding of image dimensions, resolutions, and formatting for digital platforms.
- Understanding of social media formats, website banners, thumbnails, and responsive image sizing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work fast while maintaining visual quality standards.
- A team player who can coordinate with marketing, product, and content teams.
- Passion or interest in travel, tourism, hotels, and destination visuals is a strong advantage.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of aesthetics, composition, and modern travel trends.
- Ability to understand brand direction and apply it consistently.
