- 2 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Infraworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites and Twinmotion
- Relevant licenses, background checks, or clearances may be required, depending on project or client requirements
Essential Skills
Technical- Proficiency with 3D Modelling using tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Earth Pro, Revit, Infraworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites (Premiere, After Effects) and Twinmotion
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and safety planning
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Excellent presentation skills

- Assist in Developing and maintain 2D site logistics plan using Bluebeam software
- Create 3D models of construction logistics using software like Revit, Sketchup, Infraworks under the supervision of the senior staff
- Support in producing 4D construction simulations by integrating schedules with 3D models using tools like Twinmotion and Adobe Creative Suite
- Support proposal and presentation efforts with high-quality visual content that communicates construction strategies to clients and stakeholders
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide input on constructability and sequencing
