• 2 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Infraworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites and Twinmotion
• Relevant licenses, background checks, or clearances may be required, depending on project or client requirements

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with 3D Modelling using tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Earth Pro, Revit, Infraworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites (Premiere, After Effects) and Twinmotion
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and safety planning

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Basic understanding of business operations and workflows

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
• Excellent presentation skills

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• High degree of integrity and accountability
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Assist in Developing and maintain 2D site logistics plan using Bluebeam software
• Create 3D models of construction logistics using software like Revit, Sketchup, Infraworks under the supervision of the senior staff
• Support in producing 4D construction simulations by integrating schedules with 3D models using tools like Twinmotion and Adobe Creative Suite
• Support proposal and presentation efforts with high-quality visual content that communicates construction strategies to clients and stakeholders
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide input on constructability and sequencing
