BARISTA - Specialty Coffee

About the role

Kings Group is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at our cafe located in Dona Soledad, Betterliving, Paranaque City. As a Barista for Specialty Coffee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages.

1. Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and other specialty coffee products
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, recommending menu items, and ensuring a positive cafe experience
3. Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
5. Contribute to the development of new menu items and cafe operations
6. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your coffee knowledge and barista skills

1. Minimum 6 months of experience as a Barista (Specialty Coffee) or in a similar customer service role
2. Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and the ability to prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks
3. Willing to work onsite in Dona Soledad, Betterliving, Paranaque City
