We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Analyst to join our Web Solutions team. As a key member of our team, your goal is to ensure the quality and reliability of our web platforms through effective test automation and performance testing.This role is hands-on and focused on building maintainable automated tests, supporting Drupal-based CMS applications, and contributing to both functional and non-functional test coverage within a fast-paced Agile environment.

What will you do as a Senior Software Quality Analyst?
The Senior Software Quality Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining robust automated testing solutions across our product suite. This hands-on role is responsible for scripting, executing, and maintaining automated tests that are reliable, maintainable, and tightly integrated with our CI/CD workflows.The scope of work includes both functional and non-functional testing—covering performance, reliability, and scalability.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience testing CMS platforms such as Drupal, who can bring domain knowledge to ensure optimal quality and coverage across content-heavy systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems, focusing on both functional and non-functional areas.
- Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks to support scalability, modularity, and long-term maintainability.
- Execute and analyze load and performance tests to assess system stability under various conditions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify automation needs and integrate test solutions into Agile workflows.
- Ensure test suites are fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Investigate, log, and escalate defects and performance bottlenecks with detailed analysis and documentation.
- Contribute to test planning, including estimation, coverage, and risk-based testing strategies.
- Participate in peer reviews of test code and provide mentorship to junior team members when required.
- Stay up to date with emerging testing tools and best practices to continuously improve test automation processes.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:
- Over 3 years of proven experience in end-to-end test automation across web platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in writing automated tests using Python with Selenium and/or TypeScript with Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable delivery.
- Practical understanding of non-functional testing domains such as performance and security.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile, and delivery-focused environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with and mentor manual QA engineers, helping them transition into automation practices and fostering a culture of quality.
