We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper / Data Entry Assistant who wants to learn and grow in a professional, supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and profit & loss reports
• Keep financial records organized and up to date
• Perform basic reconciliations and review data for accuracy
• Support the UK team with regular bookkeeping tasks
• Suggest improvements to workflows and adapt to new tools and client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer systems
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software (a plus, not required)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred but not essential)
