- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment handling enquiries via telephone, face-to-face interactions, or email
- Takes personal responsibility for meeting customer needs and resolving issues
- Passionate about putting customers first
- Possesses a can-do attitude, a positive approach, is highly driven, and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding environment
- Ability to learn swiftly and apply techniques in a valuable and productive manner
- Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and organizational ability
- Competent in using: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, Outlook)
- Respond to customer support calls and emails daily
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and manage orders through delivery and after-sales support
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email as the first point of contact, ensuring enquiries and requests are handled efficiently through to resolution
- Process returns, orders, cancellations, and order status requests
- Communicate effectively to ensure customers are completely satisfied
- Display confidence while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Conduct research on customer orders using available resources
- Input and maintain accurate, up-to-date computer data, records, and reports
- Perform other duties as required
