The Qualifications We Seek
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment handling enquiries via telephone, face-to-face interactions, or email
  • Takes personal responsibility for meeting customer needs and resolving issues
  • Passionate about putting customers first
  • Possesses a can-do attitude, a positive approach, is highly driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding environment
  • Ability to learn swiftly and apply techniques in a valuable and productive manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and organizational ability
  • Competent in using: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, Outlook)
Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond to customer support calls and emails daily
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and manage orders through delivery and after-sales support
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email as the first point of contact, ensuring enquiries and requests are handled efficiently through to resolution
  • Process returns, orders, cancellations, and order status requests
  • Communicate effectively to ensure customers are completely satisfied
  • Display confidence while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Conduct research on customer orders using available resources
  • Input and maintain accurate, up-to-date computer data, records, and reports
  • Perform other duties as required
