Responsibilities:
- Address customer issues and resolve them in timely manner.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling queries and concerns with professionalism
- Call existing clients or potential clients to encourage them to avail re-financing (Local Clients)
Qualification:
- Experience sales and marketing in the financing industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Literate in Microsoft Office Application.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm on-site)
