Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Assistant Account Manager to support our growing events team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team, assisting in the planning and execution of various events—from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager in handling client communications and day-to-day coordination
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and follow through on assigned action items
- Help manage timelines, budgets, supplier bookings, and event documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules
- Assist in preparing event decks, proposals, and mood boards
- Maintain and organize event files and records (digital and hard copies)
- Conduct on-site support during events, including logistics, styling, and client assistance
- Manage RSVP tracking, seating charts, and program flows
- Monitor social media mentions, supplier relations, and after-event follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas for client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Events Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in events, marketing, or client servicing is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Highly dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools
- Passion for events and a people-first mindset
