IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. is on the lookout for energetic and customer‑driven Hotel Reservations Agents to join our growing team in Alabang. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—assisting them with hotel bookings while delivering outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

What You’ll Be Doing- Answer inbound calls and assist guests with hotel availability, room rates, and amenities
- Book, modify, and cancel hotel reservations quickly and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and hotel reservation software
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (hospitality experience is a plus!)
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment (including weekends and holidays)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Positive attitude with a passion for great customer service
