Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators
  1. Records Review and Verification
  • Oversee the review and verification of QA monitoring records.
  • Sign off on QA records to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Standardize processes and procedures across all plant operations.
  1. Feedback Management
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify actionable insights.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction based on feedback analysis.
  1. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvements in quality management.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  1. Regulatory Affairs (QPIRA)
  • Obtain and maintain FDA License to Operate (LTO) and NMIS Accreditation for all plants through effective implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Ensure timely completion of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) for all products.
  • Provide regular updates on food-related regulations relevant to plant and business operations.
  1. Development of Strategies, Plans, and Programs
  • Create and implement new processes and procedures to align with updated regulations, current industry settings, and international standards.
  • Strategize and lead initiatives that support regulatory compliance and quality enhancement.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology and other Food/Science Related Course
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • With effective people management skills
  • With strong attention to details, planning and organizing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Food safety and Quality Mindset; Customer-focus mindset
  • Computer Literate
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Physically fit and can work in Cold Areas (Meat Line, Cold Storage) or Hot/Humid Areas (Bakery, Sauce Line)
  • Willing to do field works like store and supplier audits
  • Willing to cover shifting schedule in the absence of specialists
  • With background in ISO, HACCP, cGMP, and provide recommendations
  • Knowledgeable in Microbial Sampling and Analysis
