Accounting Officer - Quezon City
About the role
I Trade Food Solution Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our rapidly growing company.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
- Provide support to the Accounting and Finance teams as needed
- Comply with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
